Lanell has been selling residential real estate since 1985. (She had owned a National franchise, Shop For Pappagallo, before switching careers.) Being a multi-million dollar producer since she started, Lanell is consistently ranked as one of the top Realtors in York and Adams County and has earned the GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute) designation.  ​

 

Known for displaying a high standard of professionalism as well as a thorough knowledge of the real estate industry, Lanell offers a wide range of experiences that comes from working in real estate for 30 years.  Clients have often commented on how helpful and involved she is in making sure a task is completed and her clients are completely satisfied with her work.  Recently, she has created a mother/daughter team of professionals to ensure extraordinary service to her clients.

 

Though born and raised outside of Pittsburgh, PA, she has spent 42 years as a resident of York.  As a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, Lanell is a huge Steeler's fan.  She enjoys reading, playing bridge and playing golf.  She has been an active volunteer in York-based community organizations since moving to York.
