​​For over 30 years, Kristen has been observing the art of the real estate negotiating.  Having grown up around the business, Kristen has observed many tough transactions.  Though new to the business, Kristen has confidence that she too can handle the trickiest of business deals.​

Hoping to increase the exposure of her mother's successful practice, Kristen divides her time between representing clients and updating Lanell Carn's marketing strategy.  By introducing the latest technology and innovative marketing techniques, Kristen hopes to renew your confidence in the tried and true Realtor, Lanell F. Carn and encourage new business for the Lanell F. Carn Team.

Kristen has graduated cum luade from the University of Pittsburgh and has spent time working as a social worker for Foster Care before deciding to join the family business.  She is uniquely qualified to work with people as well as all aspects of  the business.
